Анотація

У статті досліджено криптоекономіку як новий етап розвитку трансакційної теорії в умовах цифровізації. Обґрунтовано перехід від інституційних механізмів довіри до алгоритмічних, що базуються на блокчейні та смарт-контрактах. Визначено трансформацію структури трансакційних витрат і роль децентралізованих фінансів. Запропоновано концепцію «нової трансакційності», у якій криптовалюти виконують функції не лише активу, а й інструменту саморегулювання ринку
